Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We are not able to change or cancel your order at this time according to our checkout terms + condition.

Q: I opened my package and I'm missing items!
A: We are human and we make mistakes! Please email us (please send a new email as order confirmation emails are archived so we won't see your reply.) within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photo of your printed invoice along with the item(s) you are missing.

Q: I placed my order a few days ago, when will it ship?
A: You can find our current processing time on our Shipping page.

Q: Can I combine shipping with a previous order?
A: We currently do not combine shipping.

Q: I didn’t receive my points for my order. Can you add it back?
A: You must be signed in to your account and signed up for our rewards program to receive the points. We cannot manually add it back to your account.

Q: I am trying to use my rewards points but it says that rewards can only be used on select product collections.
A: You can use your reward points for our full-priced items (excludes pens, market or sale items). If you decide not to use your rewards, you can save the code for a future purchase (code does not expire).
